FACILITIES MANAGEMENT MANAGER

-Provide support to the Facilities Management (FM) team to ensure smooth daily operations.
-supports documentation, procurement, payments, audits, and budget tracking, and works closely with the FM Head of Department.
-Very stable organisation with good project pipeline.
-With knowledge of building systems, preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, tenants, and internal teams.
