About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Contract Manager to oversee outsourced facility service contracts and supplier relationships. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external service providers, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective facility operations. What You'll Do:
- Manage facility service contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.Monitor supplier performance, service-level agreements, and KPI compliance.
- Review invoices, quotations, and contract-related documentation for accuracy and compliance.Support contract renewals, bidding processes, and supplier transition activities.
- Lead supplier meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.Coordinate the resolution of operational, service, and supplier-related issues.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and process improvements.
- Prepare reports and present supplier performance metrics to management.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support facility operations and business requirements.
- Ensure contracted services are delivered in accordance with company standards and expectations.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in contract management, supplier management, facilities operations, procurement, or a related field.Strong understanding of vendor performance management and contract administration.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities simultaneously.

Effective problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Experience supporting operational improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
