We\'re supporting a major data transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Engineer to play a key role in the migration of an established reporting estate into a modern Microsoft Fabric environment.
This is a hands‑on position combining data engineering, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge transfer.
Ye\'ll help design and build scalable data solutions while supporting analysts and business users in adopting new tools, standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop data ingestion pipelines within Microsoft Fabric
Data engineering, data modelling, and semantic layer design
Develop engaging and insightful Power BI reports and dashboards
Support the migration of an existing reporting estate into a modern Fabric platform
Optimise SQL and ETL processes to improve performance and reliability
Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements
Deliver training, coaching, and best‑practice guidance to analysts and report developers
