F&B Host (m/f/d) - 20 hours

Join The Cover – Vienna!
Be part of something special at The Cover, a private membership club where wellbeing, work, and community come together. Open since November at Max Brown Hotel 7th District, our club offers stylish spaces, a bar, co-working areas, a gym, cinema, outdoor terrace, and hotel benefits.
From live music and art exhibitions to cultural talks, every day is full of inspiration and connection.
If you love hospitality, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of something exciting, The Cover Vienna is the place for you.

This is why you’re the perfect candidate

At The Cover Membership Club, hospitality goes far beyond food and drinks, it’s about people. Our members come from all over the world and from many different walks of life: artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and creatives who value quality, connection, and a personal touch. Your role is to make them feel at home.

As a F&B Host at The Cover, you’re not just serving, you’re engaging. Whether you’re preparing cocktails, recommending a wine, or running a plate of food, you bring warmth, energy, and a genuine smile. You love creating great experiences, you enjoy connecting with people from different cultures, and you’re always ready to jump in where needed.

You’ll be responsible for preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, serving food, and ensuring our members feel looked after at every moment. Product knowledge is important, but what matters most is your ability to create memorable interactions and elevate each guest’s experience.

You bring:

• A genuine love for hospitality and people.

• An enthusiastic, energetic spirit with a hands-on mentality.

• Flexibility to support the team, whether behind the bar, serving, or running food.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, yet informal environment.

• A natural gift for building relationships and creating a personal connection with members.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and German; other languages are a plus.

• A comfort with working in an international, multicultural environment.

At The Cover, no day is the same because no guest is the same. If you thrive on variety, personal contact, and being part of a vibrant, global community, then this is the perfect place for you.
