EXTERNAL LIAISON PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary

• POGLI is seeking an External Liaison Project Manager based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for client communication, business opportunity follow-up, project coordination, and liaison between the Middle East market and headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, EPC contractors, project owners, partners and local service providers.
• Identify and follow up opportunities in project logistics, shipping, chartering, heavy transport and related services.
• Collect client requirements, project information and market intelligence.
• Coordinate inquiries, quotations, commercial discussions and project follow-up with headquarters.
• Liaise with clients, shipowners, agents, transport companies and other local partners during project execution.
• Develop and maintain local logistics, shipping, port and engineering resources.
• Regularly report client updates, business opportunities, project progress and risks to management.
• Escalate matters involving major costs, contractual commitments or risks beyond the authorized scope.

Requirements

• Experience in international logistics, project logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, chartering or heavy transport.
• Fluent working proficiency in both English and Chinese.
• Strong client communication, business development and project coordination skills.
• Willing to be long-term based in Abu Dhabi and travel within the Middle East when required.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Offshore, EPC or heavy/project cargo is prefered.
• Middle East working experience or Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Working Arrangement

• Working hours will primarily follow UAE local business hours, with flexibility to coordinate with Singapore working hours when required.
