Builds production-grade AI/GenAI features — LLM apps, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows — primarily in Python for a large enterprise transformation, integrating securely with an existing Java-based ecosystem. Needs 5+ years of backend engineering, microservices/API and database experience, and cloud skills (Azure preferred); hybrid from the Kraków office.
You will design and develop production-grade AI and GenAI solutions built primarily in Python, contributing to a large-scale enterprise technology transformation. You will work on LLM-based capabilities, RAG solutions and agentic workflows, ensuring secure integration with an existing Java-based ecosystem. You will contribute to architecture discussions and help deliver scalable, secure and reliable AI solutions that meet enterprise standards.
