B2B contract analyst role (hybrid in Polish offices) acting as the bridge between business and IT: designing reporting solutions, writing requirement specifications, and aligning stakeholders around trading/tax transaction reporting. Summary
This role primarily focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and IT development through designing reporting solutions and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers, and testers.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and multiple stakeholders to align with the target picture for sustainable and reliable solutions.
Act as the bridge between business and IT development teams.
Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements between business and technology.
Key Requirements:
Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis
Good understanding of data flow integration
Experience with SQL
Knowledge about trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with XSLT, BDD, Communication Layer
Basic programming knowledge to read code
Familiarity with Capital Markets
