It is a very attractive opportunity for secretarial professionals to join a sizable business in Hong Kong serving an English speaking senior executive within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Calendar management and coordination of meetings with internal and external parties
• Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing materials for meetings, annual and business reports; answer incoming calls and general enquiries
• Handle correspondences and assignments independently and professionally in a tight schedule
• Manage business expenses, personal invoices, bill payment (including medical & house) taxes, and insurance reimbursements
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments and projects

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree holder in related discipline
• Min 8 years' experience as a secretary
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Superior organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage projects and changing priorities
• Attention to details, fast pace, strong communication and organizations skills are must
