We're Hiring: Executive Assistant (Marketing & Social Media)

Schedule: Full-Time | 6am–3pm or 7am–4pm EST

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant with strong marketing and social media experience who wants to be part of the business, not just manage a calendar.

You’ll support the CEO while also helping execute marketing and social media initiatives. You’ll manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox, and follow-ups, create and repurpose content, support email campaigns, manage social media, and help keep marketing operations organized.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, writes well, understands marketing, learns quickly, and takes ownership. You’ll work closely with the CEO, Operations, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and time zones
Triage the inbox and draft replies
Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups
Track action items until they’re complete
Create and maintain decks, reports, contracts, and documents
Coordinate domestic and international travel
Manage vendors and subscriptions
Create SOPs for recurring tasks

Marketing & Social Media

Turn calls, notes, ideas, and founder content into publishable content
Write, edit, and repurpose content for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, blogs, and other channels
Schedule and manage LinkedIn and X/Twitter posts
Build, proof, schedule, and send email campaigns
Manage email lists, segments, and lifecycle campaigns
Help develop and execute marketing campaigns
Organize creative assets and maintain UTM and naming standards
Manage Attio contacts, lists, pipeline, and data
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
Monitor content and campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve

Requirements

Must-Haves

3+ years of experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, or marketing, with US companies or international clients
Hands-on experience in marketing and social media
Experience creating, editing, scheduling, or managing content for social media
Excellent written and spoken English
Able to write clearly in a professional but conversational voice
Able to explain technical topics clearly and patiently
Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Attio, or similar platforms
Experience with an email marketing platform
Comfortable reading dashboards and reports
Basic Shopify knowledge
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to manage multiple priorities independently
Comfortable working remotely on a U.S. business-hours schedule
Experience using Claude and other AI tools to work faster

Strongly Preferred

SaaS, Shopify, e-commerce, or agency experience
Experience supporting a Founder or C-level executive
Strong LinkedIn and X/Twitter experience
Experience with content repurposing and founder-led content
Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads experience
Knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, conversion events, and attribution
Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot Marketing
Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, or similar tools
Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or APIs
Experience writing SOPs or help center articles
Basic HTML or landing page/email editing skills
Experience with Google Tag Manager and UTMs
Agency experience managing multiple clients
