Executive Assistant to Leadership Team

Beemac Logistics is looking for a sharp, resourceful Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This is not a one desk, one boss role. You will work directly with the entire leadership team, manage a wide range of business and personal priorities, and take ownership of special projects that go well beyond a typical assistant job. If you like variety, move fast, and want a seat close to the decisions that drive the company, this role was built for you.

This is a high trust, high exposure position. You will be handling confidential company and personal information, coordinating travel, and managing money matters on behalf of the leadership team, so successful candidates must pass a background screening and credit check.
