Salary \:
HK$24,675- HK$29,195 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities\:
1.
Provide administrative support and day-to-day operations of General Admin, including but not limited to mailing and dispatch, bulk photocopying, telecommunication and meeting arrangement.
2.
Provide executive and secretarial support to various management meetings, function and projects, including preparation of meetings, minutes, presentations, statistics and records.
3.
Perform data collection and entry, data analysis and compile various statistical reports
4.
Support general enquiry services, procurement and materials management function of Administrative Services Department.
5.
Handle correspondence and maintain proper documentary records.
6.
Liaise and communicate with staff and various public organizations.
7.
Provide dedicated administrative and coordination support to senior management, including meeting coordination, and follow-up on action items as required.
8.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Entry Requirement\:
1.
University Graduates with working experience; OR
2.
Has obtained a diploma in a specialized function with relevant working experience and completed F.5/ S.5 with\:
(a)
5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR
(b)
5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\:
i.
Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language, and
ii.
Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects
(subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category)/ Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent.
Preferred Attributes\:
1.
University graduate is preferable.
2.
Relevant working experience in secretarial and executive support will be an advantage
3.
Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
4.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5.
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
6.
Proactive, responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
7.
Hands on experience in web page management.
