AWS People Experience and Technology (PXT) seeks a confident, highly intuitive, self-motivated, and team-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to Director-level leadership within the AWS PXT organization. This role operates at the intersection of our people strategies and business operations, requiring an elevated level of confidentiality given the sensitive nature of PXT work — including talent management, organizational design, compensation, and workforce planning.
You will be able to demonstrate the highest integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company, emotional intelligence, and a good sense of humor. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, take effective action in ambiguous situations without having to know the total picture, and show grace under pressure.
You will work autonomously, understand business priorities, manage internal and external deadlines, and anticipate needs proactively. You must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships across both PXT and the AWS business teams your leader(s) support(s).
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
