Events & Field Marketing Manager

At Solidus, we are shaping the financial markets of tomorrow. Our trade surveillance and risk monitoring technology protects investors, enhances transparency, and ensures regulatory compliance across traditional financial assets and digital asset markets.

With over 20 years of experience building Wall Street-grade fintech, our team delivers solutions that financial institutions and regulators worldwide rely on to detect, investigate, and report market manipulation, financial crime, and fraud. Headquartered in New York, with offices in Singapore, Tel Aviv, and London, we safeguard millions of retail and institutional entities globally, monitoring over a trillion events each day.

The Role

You will own Solidus's events program end to end, from the flagship conferences where our market gathers to the invite-only dinners and roundtables where real relationships get built. Our buyers are Chief Compliance Officers, surveillance leads, and regulators. They respond to rooms worth being in.

You will decide where Solidus shows up and how, balancing third-party sponsorships with Solidus-hosted experiences, and make sure every event earns its place in the budget through pipeline, relationships, and brand.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to turn event presence into meetings, opportunities, and closed deals, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between the event and the follow-up.

The role is based in New York (hybrid), reporting to our Director of Growth.

What You'll Do

1. Build and run the events calendar - Define where Solidus should be across crypto, TradFi, prediction markets, and regulatory circuits. Evaluate sponsorships, negotiate packages, and own the budget and ROI for each.
2. Produce Solidus-hosted experiences - Design and execute executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and our own branded events. Own venue, run-of-show, speakers, branding, and attendee experience. When a CCO gets an invite from Solidus, they should want to clear their calendar. You make that happen.
3. Turn events into pipeline - Partner with Sales and SDRs on target account lists, pre-event outreach, on-site meeting booking, and post-event follow-up. Track what each event contributed in HubSpot, run post-event debriefs with the team, and use both the data and the feedback to sharpen the next one.
4. Amplify our presence - Secure speaking slots for our executives, coordinate with industry associations and partners on co-marketing, and work with our social and PR efforts so every event lives beyond the room.

Requirements

About You

• High Ownership. From contract negotiation to the last follow-up email, you see it through.
• Collaborative and Coachable. You're a team player who works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership, asks for honest feedback after every event, and turns it into a better experience next time.
