• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex processes to non-event or technical colleagues.

• Supplier management experience

• Awareness of data privacy, GDPR and information security principles

About your skills

• Stakeholder Management – builds trust quickly and keeps people aligned when priorities compete; comfortable holding the middle ground between internal teams and suppliers, surfacing issues early and handling disagreement with diplomacy so delivery keeps moving.

• Project Management – brings structure to ambiguity and runs several workstreams at once without losing the thread; anticipates dependencies and risks and holds others to their commitments without straining the relationship.

• Communication – clear and credible communicator, able to explain complex registration processes and technical concepts to non-technical and non-event colleagues.

• Delivery – takes ownership and sees things through to completion; keeps a close eye on detail under pressure and makes sure nothing slips as an event approaches.

• Analysis – reasons from evidence and is happy to sit with the data until it tells a story; turns numbers into decisions - what's working, what isn't, what to change - rather than reporting for its own sake.

We strive to offer a meaningful and inclusive application experience for all candidates. Should you require any accommodations or adjustments due to a disability or for any other reason during the hiring process, please contact [email protected] with your request.
