12-month contract deskside support (EUC) role in Austin, TX, onsite 5 days a week. The contractor supports end users and VIPs, troubleshooting Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Active Directory, basic networking, and meeting-room/conference devices, with ServiceNow preferred for ticketing.
