Acts as an ERP Functional Analyst focusing on supply chain and manufacturing, translating operational needs into functional requirements, supporting ERP systems, and collaborating with stakeholders. Core technologies include ERP platforms and SQL.
Engagement: Full-time position
Work arrangement: Dallas,Tx Hybrid - 3 days in the office and frequent travel to Monett

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst / Business Systems Analyst with strong business knowledge in supply chain and/or manufacturing operations. This role is not tied to a specific ERP platform; experience with commercial ERP solutions or homegrown business systems is welcome.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and will be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, super users, and technical teams. This person will be responsible for understanding operational needs, translating them into functional requirements, identifying opportunities for process and system improvements, and supporting the delivery of practical solutions.
We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on professional who can work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and travel as needed.
