Requirements:- Proven data architecture experience on large-scale ERP programmes
- Strong enterprise data architecture and data modelling experience
- Strong data engineering background
- Extensive experience with complex ERP data migrations
- Experience across master data, governance, lineage and data quality
- Experience assuring data solutions delivered by third parties
- Strong stakeholder communication and architecture governance skills
- COINS ERP experience and knowledge of housebuilding, construction or property environments are advantageous
- Define the end-to-end ERP data architecture
- Own the architecture for complex data migration
- Define data mapping, transformation, cleansing and reconciliation approaches
- Establish master data, ownership and stewardship frameworks
- Define data quality measures and controls
- Support reporting and analytics architecture
- Review and challenge vendor data models and migration designs
- Support migration rehearsals, cutover and deployment
- Work with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners to ensure data is structured, migrated and governed effectively throughout the programme

We are recruiting an experienced Data Architect to join our client on a major COINS ERP transformation programme. The role is based in Edinburgh, with hybrid working requiring two days onsite per week. This is an initial six-month contract paying £500–£550 per day, inside IR35.
