• Build rapport and establish professional client relationships

• Ask questions to understand each client’s needs and priorities

• Provide ongoing client follow-up

• Assist with general customer-service questions

• Help direct clients through applicable claims-support processes

• Maintain accurate digital records

• Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements

• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development

Your goal is to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they make.

🛡️ Customer Service + Benefits Education

This is more than simply processing applications.

You’ll help clients understand how available supplemental benefits may fit their individual and family needs.

Once appropriately licensed, your role may include:

• Conducting virtual benefits consultations

• Reviewing client priorities

• Explaining available coverage

• Answering benefit-related questions

• Helping clients compare available options

• Providing needs-based recommendations

• Guiding eligible clients through enrollment

• Providing continued support after the initial appointment

Our approach emphasizes education, service, and informed decision-making rather than high-pressure sales tactics.

📞 Qualified Client Opportunities Provided

Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested or expressed interest in receiving information about available benefits.

No lead purchasing is required.

The role does not depend on traditional random cold calling.

Instead, your focus is on:

Connect → Listen → Educate → Recommend → Enroll → Support

That means more time serving clients and less time searching for people to contact.

The people you serve may be looking for:

• Supplemental life insurance

• Accident protection

Your responsibility is to provide a professional, client-focused experience from the first conversation through ongoing service.
