No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools necessary to learn the industry.
As a Remote Client Manager, you will combine customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales. All client presentations are conducted virtually through Zoom.
What You'll Do — Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Connect with company-provided warm leads and existing clients.
Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments through Zoom.
Build professional relationships with individuals and families.
Identify client needs and explain available benefit options.
Educate clients about life insurance and supplemental coverage.
Answer questions and help clients make informed decisions.
Assist qualified clients with electronic applications and enrollments.
Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records.
Provide ongoing client support and relationship management.
Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
Work toward individual performance and professional development goals.
No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or in-person client meetings required.

Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must reside in the United States.
Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
Dependable high-speed internet connection.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using Zoom and virtual communication platforms.
Ability to manage time and work independently.
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
Willingness to obtain the required Life and Health insurance license.
Ability to complete applicable licensing and background requirements.
Preferred Qualifications — Not Required
Customer service or client relations experience.
Retail, hospitality, or sales background.
Previous experience communicating with customers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Leadership or team collaboration experience.
Goal-oriented and willing to accept coaching.
No college degree or previous insurance experience is required.

Licensing Requirements: A Life and Health insurance license is required before performing licensed insurance activities.
Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive guidance on obtaining the appropriate license. Licensing, examination, and related state fees are the candidate's responsibility and are not deducted from future compensation.
Training is provided at no cost but is not hourly compensated.
