Entry Level Data Scientist/ Java/DevOps Developer - Remote

Back From Parental Leave: for Caregivers Reentering Work Time Away From Work Is Not a Character Flaw You stepped out for parental leave, elder care, or a family medical season. Dashboards moved from Tableau to new stacks. Job descriptions now mention Snowflake, dbt-adjacent thinking, Python, and "stakeholder management.” Recruiters treat the gap as a risk. You are not rusty because you are unserious. You are rusty because you were doing something more important than a sprint review. SynergisticIT JOPP is a structured reentry path for caregivers who want data analyst and BI roles. Training is live and online, so you can participate from anywhere in the USA. The point is not to hide the leave. The point is to replace the gap with current skills, current projects, and a marketing team that presents you as ready. A Respectful Ramp Back Into Data Work The sequence is assessment, project work, then marketing. You refresh SQL, visualization, data modeling, and analytics storytelling. You leave with work samples instead of an apology paragraph on your resume. Interview prep covers the "tell me about your gap” question so you answer with clarity, then pivot to what you can deliver now. JOPP does not sell fake experience. Projects and skills are real, which matters when background checks and hiring managers ask follow-ups.
