Role Summary An established people leader who leads a larger team of engineers possibly including managers. Delivers work for defined domains and expands scope and feature sets for those areas. Collaborates with management and product to balance the needs of the teams' wellbeing, features, system maintenance and operation. Experience 8+ years for Bachelor's 6+ years for Master's People Management 3+ years Education • Recruits at least 5 engineers to own team. • Performance manages at least 3 individual contributors. • Executes capacity planning/allocation of +10 team size. • Manages individuals in different locations.
