ABOUT RETELL AI
Retell AI is using first principles to reimagine the call center with cutting-edge voice AI.
Thousands of companies now utilize Retell’s AI voice agents to handle sales, support, and logistics calls that once required large teams of human agents. Backed by Y Combinator, Alt Capital, and other leading investors, we have scaled to $60M ARR with a team of 40 people, up from $5M at the start of 2025.
Our vision for 2026 is to build a modern CX platform where entire contact centers are powered by AI. Instead of basic automation that needs constant human tuning, we’re creating intelligent AI “workers” that can act as frontline agents, QA analysts, and managers, continuously executing, monitoring, and improving customer interactions.
We’re growing quickly and looking for ambitious builders who want to tackle hard technical problems, move fast, and have real impact at one of the fastest-growing voice AI startups.
Let’s build the future together.

Key Responsibilities
Own the Enterprise Pipeline Number
- Design and execute Retell's enterprise demand generation strategy end-to-end, from awareness through activation, with full accountability for pipeline volume, quality, and velocity in priority verticals.
- Build and maintain pipeline coverage targets in partnership with Sales leadership, targeting a 3–4x coverage ratio against quota.
- Report pipeline metrics weekly to senior leadership and run monthly pipeline reviews with Sales, with clear readouts on what's working and what isn't.
Build and Optimize the Full Funnel
- Own the marketing-to-sales funnel end-to-end across both MQLs and PQLs (platform qualified leads): lead definition, scoring, routing logic, qualification criteria, and handoff SLAs.
- Diagnose and fix conversion leakage at every stage, from first touch to Sales-Accepted Opportunity.
- Oversee website strategy and A/B testing so the site serves as both a high-converting demand engine and a strong brand experience.
Identify, Launch, and Scale Demand Channels
- Evaluate and invest across paid search, paid social, ABM, email nurture, webinars, field events, review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights), and SDR-assisted outbound.
- Build and scale ABM programs targeting priority enterprise accounts: IT leaders, Heads of AI, and executive economic buyers.
- Keep the creative and experiment pipeline full: brief and ship new ad creative, webinars, landing pages, and nurture flows on a regular cadence.
Partner Across Marketing, Sales, and Product
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate differentiated positioning into campaign assets (ads, emails, webinars, landing pages, and outbound sequences SDRs can run) that speak to the AI buyer journey.
- Work with Events and Content teams to extract maximum pipeline value from every marketing investment.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality and alignment.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, or pipeline-focused growth marketing in B2B SaaS or AI technology.
- You've directly owned a pipeline or revenue target, not just a lead volume goal, and have the metrics to prove what you built.
- You have genuine enterprise motion experience: large deal sizes, long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying groups. Bonus if you've run it alongside a self-serve or PLG funnel.
- You're fluent in the modern demand stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, attribution platforms, and intent data.
- You've built or meaningfully scaled a demand program at a startup or high-growth company. You know what it's like to do a lot with limited resources.
