Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers.
Sprinto autonomously executes tasks needed to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, enabling organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth and resources on repetitive tasks.
Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures, we’ve raised $31.8M in funding to fuel our mission. Trusted by over 4,000 organizations across 75 countries, Sprinto helps organizations stay audit-ready, manage real-time risks, and scale fearlessly. With 300+ native integrations and AI-driven automation, Sprinto supports 200+ global security standards natively, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and more. Sprinto's extensible architecture enables organizations to build and support an infinite number of custom integrations and frameworks.
Founded in 2020 by second-time founders Girish Redekar and Raghuveer Kancherla, Sprinto powers compliance for organizations like Whatfix, Encora, Anaconda, Whatnot, Ultrahuman, WeWork, Everstage, AI Foundation, HackerRank, and many more.
Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.
We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.
Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.
We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.
And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow our Enterprise business in US. You’ll be responsible for building your territory, creating pipeline, and taking complex enterprise deals from first conversation to close.
This is a hunter + closer role for someone who knows how to systematically break into enterprise accounts, build relationships with multiple stakeholders, and create urgency around business problems. You’ll work with senior buyers across Security, Engineering, IT, Compliance, and Finance, while leveraging the sales playbooks, processes, and learnings we’ve built across our global business.
You won’t be handed a book of business. You’ll own a defined territory, decide where to focus, build relationships from the ground up, and be accountable for turning that territory into a meaningful revenue engine.
You’ll have the support of SDRs, Solutions Consultants, Marketing, and the broader GTM team, but you’ll own the account strategy, the opportunity, and the close.
Own a US enterprise territory from India, building and executing a focused territory plan.
Build pipeline through strategic account prioritization, outbound prospecting, and executive engagement.
Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through discovery, multi-threading, negotiation, and close.
Close net-new enterprise logos with typical ACVs of $50K–$80K+, targeting companies with 500–2,000 employees.
Own and deliver against a ~$600K annual new business quota.
Navigate complex buying committees across CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and Heads of Compliance.
Work a focused account list of <150 accounts, with clear prioritization across the top 40–50.
Apply Sprinto’s proven enterprise sales playbooks while adapting your approach to US buyers and market dynamics.
Partner with SDRs, Solutions Consultants, Marketing, and leadership to accelerate strategic opportunities while owning the deal.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Consistently operate on US customer schedules and provide strong coverage across the sales cycle.
8+ years of B2B sales experience, with significant Enterprise AE experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, Compliance, Security, or adjacent SaaS.
Proven experience selling into the US enterprise market, ideally across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas, with experience carrying a $1.5M+ quota strongly preferred.
Experience closing $80K–$250K+ ACV enterprise deals.
Proven experience selling to CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and senior compliance leaders.
Strong experience in outbound prospecting, account-based selling, executive engagement, and multi-threading.
A strong territory ownership mindset — you know how to prioritize accounts, build entry strategies, and systematically create pipeline.
Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, Force Management, or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
Strong executive presence, discovery, negotiation, and commercial judgment.
Comfortable working US hours and operating effectively with US-based customers and teams.
Comfortable with high ownership and high support — you’ll have the resources and playbooks to win, but you own the outcome.
At Sprinto, talent, curiosity, and ownership matter more than where you come from. We hire people for the problems they can solve, the impact they create, and the way they help others succeed—not their background, identity, or personal circumstances. We believe the best teams are built when people with different perspectives come together around a shared ambition to build something meaningful.
We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a fair, inclusive, and accessible hiring process for everyone.
