About Datahash

Datahash is a privacy-centric first-party data platform. Our core product, Datahash Signals, gives marketers low-code, no-code integrations between web, app, e-commerce, CRM, marketing automation and data warehouses on one side and the major ad channels on the other: Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Amazon and more. We are one of a handful of badged integration partners across these channels and work with them directly on first-party data adoption programmes, where advertisers are moving to server-side integrations, conversions APIs and privacy-safe measurement. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and run across Dubai, Bangalore, Mumbai and London with clients in EMEA, India, Africa, APAC and the US.

The role

You own enterprise pursuits in the Gulf in person: named retail, telecom, travel, real estate and financial services groups in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, quarterly reviews with our top ten Gulf accounts, and the Gulf pursuits for SYNAPSE, our AI-driven product launching this year. Deals are 30K to 250K in annual value on four-to-six-month cycles, technical and multi-stakeholder, and often arrive through our Google and Meta partnerships. You will be supported by agents that prepare briefs, proposals in Arabic and English, and follow-ups; you carry the relationship and the room.

What you will do

1. Pursue. Run eight concurrent enterprise pursuits from first meeting to signature: discovery, solution, proposal, procurement and legal, with delivery and legal support.
2. Expand. Own quarterly business reviews for the top Gulf accounts with delivery, and convert value delivered into expansion and multi-year terms.
3. Be present. Spend at least one week a month in Riyadh until a dedicated KSA seat is filled; be the face of Datahash at Gulf partner and client events.
4. Carry SYNAPSE. Lead the Gulf design-partner conversations for the new product with the founder and product team.
5. Keep the record. CRM current on every pursuit, every conversation logged, every next step dated.

What success looks like

• 250K in bookings by the end of your fourth quarter, with a healthy pipeline ahead of it.
• Eight live pursuits at any time, each with a dated next step.
• Quarterly reviews held on schedule for every top-ten Gulf account you own.
• Partner counterparts at Google and Meta in the region name you as their first call.

How we hire

We move fast and we are transparent about how we decide. Every decision about a person is made by a person.

Step 1: a short structured screen within two working days of applying. Step 2: a 50-minute conversation with the hiring manager. Step 3: a small case exercise close to the real work, which you present to two or three of us. Step 4: fit and terms with our VP Delivery or Head of Sales and Partnerships, and for senior roles the founder. We aim to give you a decision within five working days of the final conversation.

We evaluate evidence rather than claims, the quality of your questions, how you handle ambiguity, and how naturally you already use AI in your own work.

Requirements

What we need from you

• Five to eight years selling enterprise software or data and measurement solutions in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with named-account wins you can walk us through.
• Native or business-fluent Arabic and fluent English; you can run a discovery call and negotiate in both.
• Understanding of digital marketing data: pixels, conversions APIs, server-side tracking, CRM and e-commerce integrations, attribution.
• Comfort with a technical, multi-stakeholder sale involving marketing, data and engineering buyers.
• Disciplined CRM habits and daily use of AI tools for research, preparation and drafting.
• Willingness to travel within the Gulf regularly.

Nice to have

• Experience with Saudi procurement and vendor onboarding processes.
• Prior work at or with Google, Meta, Snap or TikTok in the region.
• Existing relationships in Gulf retail, telecom or real estate groups.

Probably not a fit if

• Your experience is media buying or agency account management without a data or infrastructure sale.
• You prefer inbound-led, transactional selling.

Benefits

• A startup environment backed by a stable, bootstrapped, profitable business.
• Competitive compensation and one of the most employee-friendly ESOP programmes in the industry.
• Work from anywhere, on your hours; coworking access when you want a change from home.
• Health cover for you and your family.
• Real international exposure: clients and partners across the Gulf, Europe, Africa, India, APAC and the US.
• A yearly offsite that we take seriously, and a culture that does not.

Datahash is an equal-opportunity employer. We hire on evidence and fit for the work and do not ask for salary history. Compensation is discussed at the fit-and-terms stage.
