About Haven Safety:
Haven is transforming how organizations learn from workplace incidents.
Built in partnership with The AES Corporation and backed by AI Fund, Haven applies purpose-built AI to incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and organizational learning. Our platform helps utilities, energy companies, construction firms, and other high-risk industries dramatically reduce investigation effort while improving investigation quality and organizational learning.
We're an early-stage company with enterprise customers, global ambitions, and an experienced leadership team. We're looking for exceptional salespeople who enjoy building a category rather than simply selling software.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive with a successful track record selling enterprise EHS software. You will own opportunities from discovery through executive alignment, proof of value, commercial negotiation, and close. You will engage Fortune 1000 executives across Safety, Operations, IT, Risk, and Procurement and help customers rethink how work gets done through AI.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own enterprise sales opportunities from qualification through close.
- Develop executive relationships across Safety, Operations, IT, Risk, and Procurement.
- Lead consultative discovery and business value discussions.
- Demonstrate Haven's platform and ROI.
- Coordinate pilots and proof-of-value engagements.
- Build business cases and ROI models.
- Navigate enterprise procurement, security, and legal reviews.
- Partner with Customer Success during implementation.
- Represent Haven at industry events.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets.
What Success Looks Like:
Within your first year you will close multiple enterprise customers, become a trusted advisor to senior EHS leaders, contribute to Haven's go-to-market strategy, and help establish Haven as the leader in AI-powered industrial safety.
Required Experience Includes:
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B software sales.
- Success selling into Fortune 1000 organizations.
- Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Consistent history of exceeding quota.
- Experience building executive relationships with EHS, Operations, Risk, or Operational Excellence leaders.
- Strong consultative selling skills.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience navigating procurement, security, and legal reviews.
Nice to Haves Include:
- AI or advanced analytics solutions.
- Utilities, Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, Chemicals, or other high-risk industries.
- Early-stage or venture-backed SaaS companies.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Direct experience selling EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) software solutions.
Why Join Haven:
Build a new AI category, work directly with founders and enterprise customers, influence product direction, receive competitive compensation, uncapped commissions, equity participation, health benefits, and flexible working arrangements.
