About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Are you a strategic, consultative sales professional passionate about helping large organisations transform how they operate? As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind empowering Australia's leading commercial and enterprise organisations to lead their industries with AI.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, introducing enterprise leaders to the future of AI and data through Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360. In this role, you aren't just selling software — you are acting as a strategic transformation partner, helping organisations unlock enterprise data at scale, automate customer service and sales with autonomous AI agents, and drive measurable enterprise-wide ROI.
If you thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments, love working directly with C-suite executives and business unit leaders, and want to be at the forefront of the AI revolution, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do (Impact)
- Drive Growth: Manage the complete, often multi-quarter sales lifecycle — from prospecting and qualifying through to complex negotiations and closing — focused on commercial and enterprise accounts.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Engage directly with C-suite executives, VPs, and business unit leaders to understand enterprise-wide challenges and demonstrate how Agentforce and Data 360 can drive transformational efficiency and ROI at scale.
- Lead AI & Data Strategy: Show large organisations how to deploy autonomous AI agents (Agentforce) and unify complex, multi-source customer data (Data 360) to gain a durable competitive edge.
- Navigate Complex Sales Cycles: Effectively manage a portfolio of high-value, multi-stakeholder deals, building and executing account strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Partner closely with solution engineering, value management, legal, and executive sponsors to build compelling business cases and tailored proofs of value for enterprise stakeholders.
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
- Enterprise B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying technology or SaaS sales role, specifically selling into commercial or enterprise accounts with complex buying committees.
- Strategic Mindset: Skilled at navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and building multi-year account strategies with large, matrixed organisations.
- Executive Presence: Ability to build credibility and trust with C-suite executives, translating complex AI and data capabilities into board-level business value and enterprise-wide impact.
- Tech & AI Depth: Strong understanding of AI technologies and data platforms, with the ability to articulate the strategic and technical benefits of Agentforce and Data 360 to sophisticated buyers.
- Account Planning & Forecasting: Excellent skills in account planning, stakeholder mapping, and accurate forecasting across a portfolio of large, complex opportunities.
