Also, you will collaborate with other global teams for more smart test tools development.
What You Will Do
- Based on product R&D and mass production requirements, break down and identify testing needs, and develop standardized testing requirements to provide accurate input for the development of product reliability testing systems. Establish a systematic product testing knowledge framework based on the product architecture of IC and CCU, as well as the hardware architecture, functional characteristics, and industry testing standards of related products.
- Proactively develop standardized testing specifications and technical solutions to positively guide stakeholders, thereby unifying the team’s testing criteria and technical understanding.
- RFQ: Based on product testing standards and customized testing requirements, complete the overall design of the test rack solution, including architecture planning, hardware selection, link design, feasibility review of the overall solution, and assessment of costs and development timelines. Test rack strategy in Test Vision System, modular simulation/design and build of test rack, test rack and re-usable modules digitization.
- Strictly adhere to the team’s full-process standards for test rack development and drive the development of test racks. Lead the implementation of the entire lifecycle of test racks—from development, debugging, and validation through to official release and project delivery—to ensure the racks meet the requirements for mass production and R&D testing, and use project experience to inform process optimization.
- Test rack manufacturing: work on automatic test racks, including the design and manufacturing of test racks and functional modules; integrated hardware and software testing; data deviation analysis and troubleshooting; identifying test system compatibility issues; and continuously iterating to optimize test stability and efficiency.
- Test rack SW development/deployment for all products, test rack commissioning and releasing. Software development and framework maintenance, with a focus on automating testing processes and achieving high reusability of test scripts.
- Develop technical documentation, a solution repository, and standardized processes for test racks; continuously optimize the versatility, compatibility, and iteration efficiency of test racks.
- Collaborate with R&D, and project teams to support testing and development tasks—including new product launches, version updates, specialized validation, and test data analysis—to ensure the smooth delivery of project milestones.
- Continuously partner with engineers in TTR global on HW/SW/Smart tools development to ensure that test requirements are met in different projects and products, fit for future.
- Innovation: Participate in laboratory-related Global initiatives and innovation activities to drive the development of the SMART Lab.
- Collaboration: Actively promote cross-departmental collaboration, align with project requirements, and propose recommendations for optimizing equipment, methods, and processes based on operational scenarios to support the on-time delivery of test development projects and the success of pre-development projects.
