The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Employee Relations Manager to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This role plays a critical role in fostering a positive, respectful, and high-performing workplace by providing guidance and support on complex employee relations matters. In this role, you will partner with Corporate HR Business Partners, leaders, managers, Legal, and other stakeholders to address workplace concerns, conduct effective investigations, and promote consistent application of policies and practices. The position will also coach managers through performance management and improvement processes, identify employee relations trends, and contribute to special projects and initiatives that support Corporate Human Resources priorities. You will be part of a team that is passionate about our purpose, committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills, and building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.

The Role
Employee Relations Manager key responsibilities\:
- Manage employee relations matters from intake through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up, thorough documentation, and appropriate closure.
- Conduct workplace investigations and address performance concerns, workplace conduct, conflict, attendance, policy interpretation, organizational change, and other employee relations issues.
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, including feedback, documentation, corrective action, and performance improvement plans.
- Guide managers through employee separations and other employment actions, including documentation, process, communications, and risk considerations.
- Develop and deliver practical guidance, resources, and training on employee relations, workplace conduct, and performance management.
- Identify workplace trends and use employee relations data and exit interview insights to recommend ways to strengthen engagement and reduce risk.
- Lead or contribute to special projects that support employee relations and organizational priorities.
