At Salesforce, our values are our superpower. We're purpose-driven high performers, lifelong learners, and innovators shaping what's next in AI. Through our Employee Impact programs, employees can leverage giving and volunteering benefits ($10K in donation matching and 7 days paid volunteer time off) to create meaningful change in their communities.

The Employee Impact Program Manager, LATAM will oversee our employee base across Latin America and key eastern U.S. markets — supporting the LATAM Employee Impact Council across 4 countries and 7 U.S. Employee Impact Councils. This role is responsible for increasing programmatic impact, engaging employees at scale, and building sustainable systems to support a diverse market.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving strategic employee impact programming for all Salesforce employees across Latin America and the eastern United States.

  • Support and enable the LATAM Employee Impact Council spanning 4 countries and 7 U.S. Employee Impact Councils to deliver effective volunteering opportunities that are locally meaningful.

  • Champion education volunteering initiatives across LATAM and eastern U.S. markets, working toward the global goal of hubs adopting schools and contributing to the education volunteer hours target.

  • Drive AI-focused volunteering initiatives, particularly in AI Education and Upskilling, leveraging Salesforce's expertise to address digital literacy gaps and prepare communities for AI-driven economic opportunities.

  • Establish regional goals, measure outcomes, and partner with the operations team to evaluate process and performance on a consistent and timely basis.

  • Build strong partnerships with regional leaders to champion Employee Impact initiatives, creating targeted plans that drive awareness, participation, and measurable increases in giving and volunteering.

  • Partner with communications and enablement teams to develop compelling storytelling and resources that inspire employee participation in VTO.

  • Serve as a thought partner to identify program improvements, expansion, and new programmatic opportunities that align with the global team’s overall strategic goals.

  • Design and execute high-impact multi-market events for quarterly key company moments, such as Global Volunteer Month, that drive both employee engagement and measurable community impact.

  • Collaborate across internal impact partners to help identify, assess, and engage strategic community partnerships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic nonprofit partners across LATAM.

  • Other projects and activities as assigned.

• Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years experience in managing corporate employee engagement programs or community involvement initiatives.

  • Cultural competency and experience working across diverse markets in Latin America; ability to adapt programs to local contexts while maintaining global brand consistency.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

  • Proven experience in building best-in-class programs; deep knowledge of the latest social impact and employee engagement trends.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to excel as a team across multiple geographies and time zones.

  • Ability to effectively interface at the senior executive level.

  • Comfortable speaking publicly to represent the Impact team at internal and external events, and among colleagues at all levels of the company.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume requests from a large employee base while maintaining process discipline; skilled at setting clear boundaries and expectations to prevent ad-hoc requests from derailing strategic program goals.

  • Proficiency in Google applications and experience with Salesforce and Slack preferred.
