HireNow Staffing is recruiting experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses for seven opportunities in Lake City, Florida. These roles are suited to nurses who bring sound clinical judgment, effective prioritization, and a calm, collaborative approach to emergency care.

HireNow Package
Base Hourly Compensation
- Starting at $30.60 per hour
- Midpoint: $38.25 per hour, associated with 10 years of experience
- Final compensation based on relevant experience and employer approval
Candidates should share their preferred hourly rate during screening.
Shift Differentials
- Nights: Additional $4.25 per hour
- Weekend nights: Total differential of $7.25 per hour
Sign-On and Relocation
- $10,000 sign-on bonus listed through September 25, subject to eligibility and employer terms

- Full-time in Lake City, Florida
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Days: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Role Overview
Anticipated responsibilities include:
- Assess patients presenting with urgent and emergent healthcare needs.
- Prioritize care based on patient condition and clinical findings.
- Monitor patient status and promptly communicate significant changes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with providers and other clinical professionals during emergency care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment, follow-up care, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient-safety procedures.
Specific assignments and department expectations will be confirmed during the interview process.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of acute-care ER RN experience
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida
- No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
- Availability for three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends
- Eligibility under the employer's application-history restriction
All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current and previous disciplinary actions. Under the employer's submission criteria, candidates with any nursing-license disciplinary history cannot be submitted.
Application-history restriction: Candidates must not have an active application in the hiring organization's same division within the previous six months. Eligibility will be reviewed before submission.
