EMEA Field and Partner Marketing Manager

Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development, helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.

Our mission is to empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.

It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.

Why this role?

This is an opportunity for a tenacious marketer to support the UK/I and Nordics regional business with the potential to grow into a lead pan-EMEA role.

You’ll take regional sales priorities and turn them into programmes that move the needle – shaping how Snyk shows up in key markets through a smart mix of field and partner marketing. From standout events to high-performing partner campaigns, you’ll focus on what drives momentum and double down on what works.

If you’re energised by collaboration, enjoy operating in fast-changing environments, and like seeing the direct link between your work and pipeline progress, this role gives you the scope and pace to do exactly that.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and deliver field marketing programmes aligned to regional sales goals.

• Execute initiatives including ABM programmes, local events, executive roundtables, webinars, and third-party conferences.

• Adapt global campaigns to resonate across priority EMEA markets such as the UK, France, Germany, Benelux, and the Nordics.

• Work closely with Sales teams to prioritise target accounts and support opportunity progression.

• Track performance with a focus on opportunity influence, conversion rates, and ROI.

• Build and execute joint marketing activity with strategic partners.

• Deliver MDF-supported programmes such as co-branded campaigns, partner events, webinars, and case studies.

• Support partner enablement through Partner Days, training sessions, and certification launches.

• Track partner activity and pipeline influence across Salesforce and PRM tooling.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in B2B technology marketing, with strong exposure to field and partner marketing in EMEA.

• Proven experience supporting pipeline growth through close collaboration with Sales teams.

• Background in software, cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer-focused technology.

• Experience working with channel partners (VARs, SIs, distributors).

• Confidence managing multi-country programmes and regional budgets.

• A data-driven mindset and comfort using metrics to guide decisions.

• Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

It’d Be Awesome If You Also…

• Like working with smart, pragmatic people who move quickly, focus on outcomes, and keep things human.

• Bring additional European language skills.

• Have supported marketing for AI-powered or cloud-native products.

• Are comfortable traveling across EMEA (up to 30%) for events and partner activity.
