Lijnden | B2C marketing | 40 hours | Fulltime
At Just Brands, we build menswear brands with character. PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard each have their own voice, their own audience and their own place in the market. In B2C, growth isn’t only about acquisition. It’s about building loyalty, increasing customer lifetime value and making every touchpoint more relevant. CRM is where that happens on a scale.
But what really sets us apart is how we work together. We’re a team-first business. No ego, no unnecessary layers, no endless talking, no corporate theatre. We back each other, speak up, take ownership and keep pushing for better. We work hard, stay sharp and make sure there’s room to enjoy the ride too. Email is one of the most direct ways we speak to our customers, and we want to do that better, sharper and more personal. That is where this role comes in.
Why this role matters
This is where data, creativity and brand experience come together. As Email Marketing Specialist you own the email strategy and execution for the newsletters of PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard. You translate commercial goals into campaigns that land - with the right content, for the right customer, at the right moment. You set up A/B tests, analyse the results, and turn them into the next improvement. You are not here just to send newsletters but to improve the channel as a whole.
You are here to make every send sharper, smarter and more relevant than the last.
