Email Marketing & Automation Executive (Remote)

We are looking for a proactive Email Marketing & Automation Executive who has hands-on experience managing email campaigns and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to independently set up automations, manage audience segmentation, troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure high-quality campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and execute email campaigns using marketing automation platform
Build and maintain email automation workflows, including nurture journeys, lead routing and autoresponders
Prepare audience segmentation based on campaign requirements
Conduct QA testing on emails, landing pages, forms and automation flows before launch
Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery or automation issues
Support CRM data management, contact imports, tagging and list hygiene
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows and automation efficiency

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or similar role
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Brevo or similar.
Good English communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of Excel / data handling

Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Candidates with experience supporting B2B lead generation campaigns will be a plus.

Nice to Have (Optional)

Experience with landing pages and forms
Understanding of CRM database management
Experience with lead nurturing campaigns
Basic HTML editing is a plus
