* Coordinating labour, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.

* Monitoring programme, cost, quality and risk throughout delivery.

* Attending client and design team meetings.

* Working alongside Quantity Surveyors to maximise commercial performance.

* Producing progress reports and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

* Driving high standards of health, safety and quality on site.

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

* Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the building services industry.

* A track record delivering multi-million-pound commercial or industrial M&E projects.

* Strong technical understanding of electrical building services installations.

* Excellent programme management and organisational skills.

* Good contractual and commercial awareness.

* The confidence to lead project teams and communicate effectively with clients.

* A stable employment history demonstrating successful project delivery.

Why Apply?

* Join a respected contractor with an enviable reputation.

* Deliver some of the largest building services projects in Yorkshire.

* Secure pipeline of major projects with long-term job security.

* Genuine opportunities to progress into Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager positions.

* Collaborative management team and excellent technical support.
