Designs and verifies multilayer PCBs for automotive electronics — focusing on digital/analog circuits, microcontrollers, medium-power analog, and EMI/EMC compliance — creating schematics, simulations, and production documentation. CAD and simulation skills required; paid up to 125 PLN/h on B2B with 3-4 days onboarding in Kraków, then fully remote.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and verification of multilayer PCBs with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high volume manufacturing.
• Create design and production documentation (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.).
• Circuit calculations and simulations as required for PCB design.
• Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.
• Active participation in peer reviews.
• Follow Electrical Design Process.
• Secure confidential information and company’s property.
• On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Engineering Degree in Electronics or similar.
• Experience in PCB design for digital and analog circuits with particular focus on microcontroller devices, medium power analog circuits and signal measurement.
• Experience in PCB design for EMI/EMC compliance.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics design.
• Practical skills in CAD and simulation tools.
• Good English skills (both spoken and written).
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Team oriented.
