EDI & Compliance Analyst

The EDI & Compliance Analyst is responsible for analyzing, mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and customer compliance integrations across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels. This role serves as a technical liaison between Customer Service, IT, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate data exchange, seamless system integrations, and compliance with customer requirements.

The analyst will build, test, validate, monitor, and resolve EDI transaction issues while ensuring data integrity across ERP, warehouse, logistics, and customer systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and resolve data and integration issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in EDI, systems integration, business analysis, data analysis, or a related technical role.

· Knowledge of EDI transaction sets, integration concepts, and data exchange processes.

· Experience with EDI testing, transaction monitoring, issue resolution, and system implementations.

· Familiarity with ERP, warehouse management, and order management systems.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

· Ability to interpret technical specifications, implementation guides, mapping documentation, and business requirements.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.
