Ecosystem Growth Manager, Brazil
About the role
Keepit is expanding in Brazil through partnerships, using the client's customer relationships as the route to market across both enterprise and SMB. In the enterprise segment the focus is co-selling into large accounts and supporting complex deals. In the SMB segment the focus shifts to digital marketing and demand-generation programs that reach the client's large SMB base efficiently and at volume. This role drives Keepit growth across both.
The role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, SMB growth marketing, and partner enablement. It suits someone who can operate like an enterprise account executive on high-value deals while also designing and running digital demand-generation programs to drive SMB volume, and who has enough technical understanding to speak credibly about integration and data protection with enterprise buyers.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Segment — Co-Sell and Large Deals
• Support Keepit growth within client's enterprise customer base through high-touch co-selling and large-deal support.
• Act as a day-to-day Keepit point of contact for the client's motion in Brazil, coordinating co-sell into enterprise accounts alongside the enterprise sales lead and the alliance team.
• Support joint account plans targeting client's enterprise customers, helping progress opportunities alongside the enterprise sales lead.
• Bring enough technical fluency to speak credibly about integration and Keepit's platform in enterprise conversations, pulling in the Technical Alliance Manager for deep scoping when needed.
SMB Segment — Digital Marketing at Scale
• Drive Keepit growth in client's SMB customer base through programmatic, marketing-led demand generation rather than individual selling.
• Design and run digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and demand programs that reach client's SMB customers at volume.
• Work with central marketing to adapt campaigns and content for the Brazilian SMB market.
• Track SMB pipeline contribution and optimize programs based on conversion and revenue data.
Partner Enablement and Content
• Enable client's sales and technical teams to position and sell Keepit effectively across both segments, delivering training, collateral, and ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain partner-facing enablement materials, co-marketing content, and sales collateral for the Brazilian market, consistent with the partner-powered-by-Keepit brand approach and Keepit content standards and, for any additional partners, the applicable partner brand and Keepit content standards.
• Own the brand and messaging framework for how Keepit is presented within the partner's channels in Brazil.
• Extend enablement and marketing support to additional alliance partners in the region as the ecosystem grows and as directed by the SVP.
Business Development — Extending Product Opportunities within the Client's Ecosystem
• Support the alliance organization in identifying and developing new business development and product opportunities, beyond the initial go-to-market motion.
• Uncover additional ways Keepit's platform can be embedded, bundled, or extended across client's product and service lines, feeding these opportunities back to the SVP and alliance team.
• Act as an in-market sensor for new integration, OEM, or embedded opportunities within client, coordinating with the Technical Alliance Manager and Integration PM where a technical or product path needs scoping.
• Help deepen and expand the client relationship over time, growing it from a go-to-market channel into a broader strategic product partnership.
Reporting and Coordination
• Report regularly on customer pipeline, enterprise deal progression, and marketing program performance to the SVP.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and partner records in Salesforce in line with alliance team standards.
• Coordinate with the wider alliance team to ensure the Brazil motion is consistent with the global ecosystem strategy.
