eCommerce Video Editor

At Sidekick, we help people recover faster from persistent injuries. Trusted by Olympic champions and everyday athletes, our products are featured in Men's Health and Running Magazine. With 94% of users finding relief, we aim to be the go-to injury relief brand.

We're looking for a Performance video editor to join our marketing team and make ads that drive sales. You'll work with our creative strategists to turn scripts and raw footage into edutainment ads for Meta. These ads teach people something useful about their pain and keep them watching. You'll use motion graphics and animation to show how our products work, such as which muscle they target.

This role fits someone who has edited DTC performance ads with real spend behind them and can point to the ones that won. You check the numbers without being asked and come back with ideas for the next test. When an ad flops, you want to know why. You should be able to explain why a hook or a cut worked.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing social ads
• Experience with edutainment-style ad formats
• Has created winning ads with high spend and strong ROAS for Meta
• Strong in animation and motion graphics
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with Adobe After Effects

Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: $75k - $85k annually + performance bonus
• Fast-growing company whose mission is to solve chronic pain and injuries
• Comprehensive health benefits
• Real performance data on your work. Your edits run against actual ad spend, so you walk away with CTR, ROAS, and hook-rate data most in-house editors never get to point to
• Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
