What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day merchandising of FleetFarm.com, including category structure, taxonomy, navigation, and product organization.
• Ensure product assortments are organized in ways that reflect how customers search, browse, and shop.
• Partner with the Search owner to improve internal search performance and product findability.
• Establish and maintain best practices for Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and Product Listing Pages (PLPs), including product content, imagery, attributes, badging, cross-sell/upsell placement, and sort/ranking logic.
• Use site analytics, search query data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve category structure, taxonomy, navigation, and findability.
• Partner with the A/B Testing Coordinator to identify opportunities, prioritize tests across PDPs, PLPs, search, and navigation, and turn successful results into lasting site improvements.
• Own the site merchandising calendar, ensuring category pages, landing pages, promotional placements, and seasonal resets are accurate, timely, and aligned with Marketing and Buying priorities.
• Build and maintain campaign and event landing pages and partner with Marketing on homepage content, promotional pages, and the event calendar.

• Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives involving multiple cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing external service or technology vendors preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

You understand that great site merchandising is about more than putting products online. It’s about understanding how customers shop, what helps them find the right product, and where friction in the digital experience may be getting in their way.

You’re curious about the story behind the data. You can identify when a category, page, search experience, or customer journey isn’t performing as expected, dig into the information available, and turn those insights into meaningful improvements.

You’re also comfortable balancing strategy with execution. You can think about the bigger digital shopping experience while making sure seasonal resets, promotional pages, product content, and merchandising priorities are executed accurately and on time.

As a leader, you set clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and enjoy helping others develop their skills and expertise. You’re comfortable making decisions, managing competing priorities, and communicating recommendations to both business and technical partners.
