Ecommerce Growth Manager (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRO & Klaviyo) – Remote | AEST Hours
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: AEST Business Hours
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an Ecommerce Growth Manager to own and optimize the complete digital growth engine for a fast-growing ecommerce brand.
This is not a creative production role. A dedicated creative team handles ad design, imagery, email creative, and copywriting. Your responsibility is to take those assets and make them perform.
You’ll own growth across:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Shopify
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Klaviyo & retention
- Technical SEO
- Analytics & reporting
We’re looking for a growth operator who understands that ecommerce performance doesn’t stop at generating traffic. You’ll connect acquisition → conversion → retention and continuously identify opportunities to increase revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, and customer lifetime value.
You’ll work directly with the Directors and have significant ownership over digital growth strategy and execution.
