eBay Operations Specialist

Why This Role Exists

Every week our trucks bring in furniture, tools, electronics, collectibles, sporting goods, and antiques that are too good to landfill. Most of it sells on the Remix Market floor. But a meaningful slice — the rare, the branded, the collectible, the parts-and-pieces items — is worth several times more to a buyer three states away than to a walk-in customer in Elgin.

This role owns that slice. You research it, list it, sell it, and ship it. One person, start to finish.

Who Thrives Here

Someone genuinely curious — the kind of person who picks up an unmarked piece of pottery and wants to know what it is. Someone honest about condition, because our reputation is worth more than any single sale. Someone who works steadily without a manager standing behind them, even though the big calls aren't theirs to make.

We operate by three rules: Be fair. Be kind. Tell the truth. That goes for our buyers, our crew, and each other.
