What success looks like
FIRST 30 DAYS
The commercial calendar and launch timeline are accurate, creator and PR pipelines are prioritised, and a reliable weekly follow-up cadence is in place.
BY 90 DAYS
Outreach and launches run consistently, risks are raised early, and cross-team follow-up happens without the Founder having to chase updates.
Success is measured by creator and affiliate pipeline results, launch readiness, on-time completion of critical actions, fewer last-minute issues, and a meaningful reduction in Founder follow-up.
Who will thrive here
You anticipate what is needed, follow up early and close the loop. You are comfortable holding department managers to timelines and can keep operations moving when the Founder is away. You know a launch is ready only when website, inventory, creative, CRM, PR and customer-experience pieces are aligned, and you raise problems with a proposed solution.
