Back to Overview E-commerce Growth Lead
We're looking for an E-commerce Growth Lead to take ownership of driving and improving performance across our international B2B webshops.
We have a strong foundation of traffic, data, tools, and specialists across SEA, UX, content, lifecycle marketing, and IT. The opportunity is to bring these pieces together: to understand what drives performance across the business, identify where we're leaving growth on the table, and turn those opportunities into measurable improvements.
That starts with having a strong analytical view of the entire e-commerce business. You'll continuously analyze performance across markets, channels, products, and customer journeys, moving comfortably between the bigger commercial picture and deep dives into the data. What matters is that you can determine where the biggest opportunities and bottlenecks are, understand what is driving them, and prioritize what will have the greatest business impact.
Analysis is the starting point, not the end result. Once you identify an opportunity, you're expected to move it forward. You'll spend a significant part of your time directly in the data, tools, and platforms we use: developing and testing hypotheses, configuring tools and automations, implementing improvements, measuring the impact, and iterating based on what you learn. You don't wait for problems to surface or for someone else to define the roadmap.
You'll work closely with our Management Team and dedicated in-house specialists across UX, SEA,...
