Dynamics 365 Power Platform Specialist

• Work with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Azure DevOps
• Lead solutions that improve how the business operates
• Play a key role in our AI and automation roadmap

If you've built your career around Dynamics 365 and are looking for a role where you can have more influence, this role is for you.

At GWA, we're looking for someone who can work closely with our Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams, understand how they work, and turn their ideas and challenges into practical solutions. You'll be the person who helps shape our Dynamics 365 environment and drives improvements across the business.

You'll be working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), Dataverse, Azure DevOps and Power Platform technologies, while also helping us explore new AI opportunities.

This role includes BAU support, but it goes well beyond working through a daily ticket queue. You'll work closely with business teams to understand their needs, design practical solutions and see them through to delivery. You'll own the outcome, while working with technical resources where needed to bring those solutions to life.

What you'll bring

You'll have hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience and a good understanding of Power Platform Administration and Azure DevOps. Just as importantly, you'll be comfortable talking with business users, understanding their requirements and helping turn them into practical solutions.

You may currently be a Dynamics 365 Developer, CRM Specialist, CRM Lead, Power Platform Specialist or Dynamics Administrator who's looking for a role with broader responsibility and greater ownership.

Why join GWA?

We operate in a Microsoft-led technology environment and continue to invest in technology, automation and AI. You'll have the chance to work on meaningful projects, influence the direction of our CRM platform and help improve how teams across the business work every day.

If you're looking for a role where you can combine technical knowledge, business engagement and solution ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
