About MARI Group
MARI is a global events and experiences company powering world-defining live experiences. Our portfolio of premium live properties spans sports, art, and entertainment — including the Madrid and Miami Open tennis tournaments, Frieze (a leading voice in contemporary art), and Barrett-Jackson (the premium U.S. collector car auction company). MARI also includes TodayTix Group, the global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences, connecting millions of customers with the best in live entertainment.
MARI is reshaping the live events landscape — building a growing portfolio of category-defining events and brands that set the standard for what's next, across sports, entertainment, art, and lifestyle.
At MARI, you'll work alongside people who are passionate, curious, and driven — people who believe that live experiences have the power to shape culture, and who care about the work, the mission, and each other. We welcome outstanding applicants of all backgrounds and encourage everyone to apply.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Duty Manager to lead the safe and effective day-to-day operation of The Chimney Lift at Battersea Power Station at MARI. This is a mid-level operational role at the heart of MARI's delivery of one of London’s most distinctive visitor attractions. You'll sit within The Chimney Lift attraction management team, working closely with the Attraction Manager, fellow Duty Managers, Guest Experience teams, Battersea Power Station stakeholders and relevant MARI teams, and your work will have direct impact on guest satisfaction, team performance, operational standards and the safe running of the attraction.
As the on-shift operational lead, you'll be responsible for leading the attraction during trading hours, supporting and developing the Guest Experience team, and maintaining high standards of safety, service and operational delivery. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on leading people, driving standards and solving operational problems in a live environment. If you're energized by live events, culture and you have experience leading teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced public-facing environment this role was built for you.
This is a full-time role and qualified candidates must be based in London or within a reasonable commuting distance of Battersea Power Station.
