- Recruit CDL Class A truck drivers through Facebook, Indeed, Telegram, WhatsApp, recruiting websites, and other platforms
- Respond quickly to driver inquiries and maintain communication throughout the recruiting process
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews with applicants
- Explain company pay, equipment, routes, home time, requirements, and policies to candidates
- Pre-screen applicants for CDL, driving experience, employment history, and basic qualifications
- Verify driver information and collect required recruiting documents
- Coordinate background checks, MVRs, drug testing, orientation, and onboarding
