📋 Job Requirements:
- Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers
- Conduct driver interviews and background checks
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reporting
📝 Notes:
Candidates should be confident speaking with U.S.-based drivers and able to maintain professional conversations in English. IELTS Speaking level equivalent to 6.5–7.0 is preferred. Experience in trucking or logistics recruitment is a plus. We are looking for motivated, responsible, and energetic individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment and build long-term relationships with drivers.
