• Own architecture roadmaps and support business unit planning, maintaining visibility of current and future state with clear dependencies.

• Collaborate with architects, local & global stakeholders, and delivery teams to align designs, present solutions, and enable seamless execution.

• Drive early-stage estimations, risk identification, and dependency management to support informed business decisions.

• Champion best practices, manage architecture governance and repositories, and continuously improve design quality, compliance, and maintainability.

What we’re looking for….

• Deep understanding of non-functional requirements—performance, resilience, security, and scalability.

• Proven experience (7+ years) delivering enterprise-grade solutions, ideally in financial services.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business and IT.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving mindset with hands-on knowledge of development and architecture practices.
