As a Small Disabled Veteran Owned Business, we understand the opportunities and difficulties that come with transitioning out of the military and into the civilian sector. Being a smaller organization allows an individual entering into their SkillBridge internship to become familiar with all areas of business operations and have the opportunity to direct their experience and trainings in an area of interest that they might not have known were available in the civilian sector. As a staffing company, an individual in the SkillBridge Internship Program will have the opportunity to learn more about positions that are available in the civilian sector through the clients we support, whether it's our clients in the Aerospace & Defense industry or our clients in another industry.
[ NOTE: Because this is a SkillBridge Internship, it is understood that no single candidate will have equal expertise in all the areas of responsibility listed. Successful candidates will possess a compelling combination of many of them and the self-awareness and wisdom to leverage existing and/or new resources in the area(s) where they lack personal mastery.]
