What if your next role felt a little less… corporate — and a lot more like home?
Our team at Maple Creek Veterinary Services is looking for a Small or Mixed Animal Veterinarian to join us — and we’re open to shaping the role around the work that energizes you the most!
The Team and Community:
We may be biased, but we think that our team at Maple Creek is pretty special.
We have been part of this community since the early 1970s, and over the years, we’ve built something we’re really proud of — a team that genuinely enjoys working together and shows up for each other (and our clients) every day.
Life here is easy in the best possible way:
- Everything you need is right in town
- Medicine Hat is just an hour away when you want a change of pace
- Cypress Hills is 20 minutes down the road for hiking, biking, skiing… or just getting outside and breathing a little deeper
It’s the kind of place where you can build real relationships — with your team, your clients, and your community.
We are looking for a mixed or small animal veterinarian to join our team on a full-time basis. Our practice offers a diverse caseload, and we are open to shaping the role based on your interests, including the opportunity for a small animal-focused position if preferred.
You’ll have access to:
- A newly renovated clinic and modern equipment
- A collaborative, experienced team (who actually enjoy supporting one another!)
- Mentorship that truly shows up — internally and across the Mosaic network
This is a place where you can grow, try things, ask questions, and build your version of a fulfilling career.
- You genuinely love what you do, and bring good energy with you (even on the chaotic days)
- You’re curious and open, whether that’s across species or within your chosen focus
- You’re a strong communicator who makes clients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for
- You value being part of a team, and also feel confident working independently
- You care about your patients, your people, and the work you put into both
- You’re eligible to practice in Saskatchewan (we will help you get there if needed)
- Ability to work overnights, evenings, and weekends.
Amazing perks!
We are incredibly proud of the mentorship that we are able to provide our team members. Our Partnership team is comprised of members who are world renowned in their fields (bovine and equine medicine, to name a few!) and they love supporting development of our team members.
We also offer:
- Competitive group benefits;
- Competitive vacation time;
- Personal time and wellness benefits;
- Referral bonuses;
- Continuing education hours and allowances;
- Signing bonuses;
- Staff discounts at the clinics.
Maple Creek Veterinary Services is proud to support relocations as well as licensing and membership dues.
